(WENN) - Pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen has landed herself a spot on the new season of hit TV series 90210.

The Canadian singer will appear in the upcoming season five premiere and will perform a song from her new album.

It will be the "Call Me Maybe" singer's first appearance on a TV series.

She's not the first singer to appear on 90210 - Snoop Dogg and Billy Ray Cyrus have both had cameos on the show.
